Kupang –
Serena Cosgrova Francis made history as the youngest Deputy Mayor in Indonesia after being elected to accompany Dr. Christian Widodo in the Kupang City Pilkada 2024. At the age of 25, he proved that young people have an important role in politics and are able to bring real changes to the community.
With a strong academic background, extensive organizational experience, and various achievements that have been achieved, Serena became a young leader who was calculated in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). His presence in the political world reflects the ambition, dedication, and high commitment to develop a more advanced Kupang city.

Serena Francis was born in Kupang on September 20, 1999. He was studying in several well -known institutions, including:
