KOMPAS.com – The rambutan season lasts until around February. If you are tired of eating a whole rambutan fruit, you can process it into a drink. For example the following rambutan ice.
You can use fresh rambutan fruit, but make sure the seeds and flesh are separated. If there isn’t, use canned rambutan.

Material:
- 1 can of rambutan cans (drain the water)
- 300 milliliters of canned rambutan water
- 200 milliliters of boiled water
- 500 grams of shaved ice
Pudding material:
- 500 milliliters of liquid milk
- 1/2 package
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Essence Almond
Syrup material:
- 100 milliliters of water
- 175 grams of sugar
- Pudding. Mix liquid milk, gelatin and sugar to the pan. Cook while stirring until boiling. Give Essence AlmondRemove then move the mixture to the pan measuring 16 x 16 x 5 centimeters. Let it cool.
- After the dough is cold, cut the dice of 2 x 2 centimeters in size. Let stand.
- Syrup. Mix water and sugar to the pan, cook and stir until boiling. Let it cool.
- Rambutan ice. Add rambutan, rambutan water, water, syrup, and pudding into a container. Stir well. Serve with additional shaved ice.
