KOMPAS.com – Nastar Premium is a crowded food on social media, you can make it yourself at home for a almost Eid.
Nastar is made with egg yolk, low protein flour, cornstarch, margarine, butter, fine milk, and refined sugar.
As for the nastar stuffing, namely pineapple jam made from pineapple, sugar, cinnamon, clove, and salt.

Leather:
- 300 grams of low protein flour
- 40 grams of cornstarch
- 120 grams of margarine
- 120 grams of butter
- 60 grams of refined sugar
- 40 grams of milk powder
- 2 egg yolk
Pineapple jam material:
- 1 kg of pineapple, grated
- 200 grams of sugar
- 4 cm cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 teaspoon lime juice/lemon
Spread ingredients, stir well:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of refined sugar
- 1 tablespoon of liquid fresh milk

- Besides pineapple: Mix pineapple, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, salt, and lime juice or lemon. Cook while stirring continuously until a dry and thick jam is formed.
- Nastar skin: Beat margarine, butter, egg yolk, and refined sugar using a spiral teeth mixer for two minutes.
- Add flour, cornstarch, and milk powder while stirring using a spatula until well blended.
- Take 1/2 tablespoon of flat round skin dough. Fill with 1/2 teaspoon of pineapple jam. Forms into dots.
- Arrange the dough that has been formed on a baking sheet of margarine. Brush it with the ingredients.
- Bake the dough in an oven with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until the cake is cooked. Lift, cool.
- Adjust the cake on a serving plate. Serve.
