Bangkok Homemade Sambal Recipe, Takjil Fried Coc.

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 red chili
  • 3 cayenne pepper (according to taste)
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 150 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  1. Blend garlic, red chili, and cayenne pepper until smooth or according to taste.
  2. Add the mashed spices into the pan, add water, sugar, and salt. Cook until it boils while continuing to stir so that the spices dissolve perfectly.
  3. After boiling, reduce the heat and add lemon juice. Stir well. Remove and let the chili sauce a little cold before serving. Bangkok Sambal is ready to become a dipper for a variety of favorite foods.
