The calorie deficit conducted by Kajal also follows the direction of a nutritionist. Because of that what was eaten by him was in accordance with the rules.
There are 5 basic diet ways shared by Kajal in the video. All five will help kajal in undergoing a calorie deficit diet and losing weight.
Here are 5 ways to lose weight:
1. Eating more fiber every day, this will make the stomach full longer.
2. Consumption of foods with adequate protein intake.
3. Reduce sweet foods that contain high sugar, as well as processed sugar products, such as soft drinks, cakes and others.
4. Consumption of adequate water. In the case of Kajal, the amount can reach 3-4 liters per day.
