These foods make thirst quickly, avoid when fasting Ramadan


KOMPAS.com – When undergoing Ramadan fasting, Muslims may not eat and drink from the dawn call to prayer until the time to break the fast at the evening call to prayer.

Therefore if they feel thirsty and hungry, they must hold it until the time to break the fast arrives.

In order not to be thirsty quickly, then one way is to pay attention to the intake of food when dawn.
