Soyjoy presents a new variant of Kurma Nastar to welcome Ramadan



Jakarta (Antara) – Welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (AIO) is again innovating by presenting the latest variant of Soyjoy Kurma Nastar that combines the distinctive taste of dates with the delicacy of pineapple jam -style Nastar.

“This variant offers a sweet and fresh sensation in one bite, making it a special healthy snack for the moment of dawn and breaking the fast,” said Head of Marketing Food of PT Aio, Mia Al-Maidah in a written statement received in Jakarta on Thursday.

Mia explained, Soyjoy Kurma Nastar is present as a practical solution for consumers who want to meet protein and fiber intake in a healthier way.

As a snack made from whole soybeans, high protein content and low glycemic index (Low GI) make it suitable for maintaining energy and blood sugar stable, both during fasting and in daily activities.

“Made from whole soybeans that are rich in protein and fiber and digested more slowly by the body, thus helping to be full longer. Low GI content is also safe for consumption by diabetics and supports healthy lifestyles,” he said.

Since 2019, Soyjoy has launched various Indonesian local exclusive flavors such as Danish Cheese, Mochachoco Cashew, Tropical Cranberries, Lekker & Nuts, and Open Sesame, in addition to classic variants such as Almond Chocolate, Strawberry, and Raisin Almond.
