Material:

• Cooking oil (to taste)
• 3 purple eggplant

Ground spices:

• 1 tomato
• 6 cloves of shallots
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 5 curly chili
• Powdered chicken broth (to taste, if you like)
• 7 cayenne pepper
• 3 big red chili
• Salt to taste)
• Sugar (to taste)
