Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, gather
- 2 cm of ginger, memor
- 1 liter of water for broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 100 grams of lotus seeds
- 250 grams of fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 leeks, sliced
- 2 rods of coriander leaves, sliced
- Wash the chicken wings then drain.
- Heat cooking oil with sesame oil until fragrant.
- Put it in water to make broth, then boil.
- Add chicken wings, soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder.
- Cook until the chicken is soft and the sauce is slightly shrinking.
- Soak the lotus seeds for 30 minutes, then remove the green seeds.
- Boil the lotus seeds until soft.
- After the chicken is cooked, add the lotus seeds and shiitake mushrooms.
- Cook for a moment then remove from heat.
- Serve warm with slices of leeks and coriander leaves.
