Savory chicken soup recipe, suitable for the meal menu!


Kompas.com – Eating warm food at dawn can make the body fresher. One suitable choice is a delicious savory chicken soup.

Natural chicken broth gives an increasingly delicious savory taste. The cooking process is also easy and practical for the meal menu.

With simple ingredients, this chicken soup produces fresh and warm sauce. This menu is suitable to be eaten at dawn so that the body remains powerful all day.

Ingredients:

  • 10 pieces of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, gather
  • 2 cm of ginger, memor
  • 1 liter of water for broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 100 grams of lotus seeds
  • 250 grams of fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 leeks, sliced
  • 2 rods of coriander leaves, sliced
  1. Wash the chicken wings then drain.
  2. Heat cooking oil with sesame oil until fragrant.
  3. Put it in water to make broth, then boil.
  4. Add chicken wings, soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder.
  5. Cook until the chicken is soft and the sauce is slightly shrinking.
  6. Soak the lotus seeds for 30 minutes, then remove the green seeds.
  7. Boil the lotus seeds until soft.
  8. After the chicken is cooked, add the lotus seeds and shiitake mushrooms.
  9. Cook for a moment then remove from heat.
  10. Serve warm with slices of leeks and coriander leaves.
