Instead of eating a meal menu in a hurry, you are actually advised to consume food or dense food when you wake up close to the time of Ruling or Fajr.
“If you are trapped, you want to soon be imsak, usually if you eat intact fear of a hurry, your stomach will even hurt. Try to find food that is the easiest to consume and energy dense,” said Nutritionist Fitri Hudayani who practices at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Wednesday (22/3), launching Antara.
One of them is fruit juice drink. This drink, continued Fitri, contains energy dense and easily digested.
In addition to fruit juice, Fitri also recommends the consumption of green bean juice, milk, or other liquid foods.
Fitri even suggested that you provide food and drinks above during the month of Ramadan if needed in urgent conditions such as late wake up.
“But, of course [dikonsumsi] in sufficient quantities. Don’t be too lacking, the energy will be lacking, “said Fitri.

“If that happens, it will become another health problem so that we cannot carry out perfect fasting the next day,” concluded Fitri reminded.
