This menu uses cold rice. Even though there is a measure, you can add ingredients according to taste, for example you want to use two eggs compared to one egg.

Japanese Egg Rice Recipe
Material:
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 195 grams of cold rice
- 1 egg (shake)
- 2 leeks (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce

How to make typical Japanese egg rice
- Heat the oil in the pan skillet using medium-high heat. Flatten the rice to the surface of the pan, cook until crisp about the bottom of about two to three minutes.
- Pour the eggs into the rice, stir until it becomes Scrambled Egg about two minutes. Sprinkle pieces of leeks on top of the rice, then season with soy sauce. Lift, serve.
