Many people are determined to get a strict diet to get fast results. In fact, a strict diet can actually be dangerous and thwart the process of weight loss.

McManus suggested to make a wiser and more sustainable diet. The key is to consider daily calorie intake, so it is still allowed to eat but the portions are limited.

2. Avoiding False Foods

For example in fat intake, there are two types of fat, namely healthy fats and unhealthy fats. The type of unhealthy fat is that trans fat is common in fried foods and high salt.

Meanwhile, healthy fats for example are omega-3 fats contained in avocados, salmon, olive oil, and nuts. This fat plays a role in lowering cholesterol.
