For this recipe, use Ambon bananas. Ambon bananas blended are mixed into the dough, while the cut Ambon bananas are added to the dough to give a texture and enrich the taste.

Material:
- 100 grams of ambon banana (blender until smooth)
- 100 grams of ambon banana (cut)
- 50 grams of raisins (split 2 parts)
- 50 milliliters of coconut milk adri 1/4 coconut
- 75 grams of brown sugar (fine comb)
- 150 grams of margarine
- 50 grams of fine sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of medium protein flour
- 1 teaspoon of cake puder (baking powder)

- Margarine mixer, fine sugar, brown sugar, and salt for about seven minutes until soft. Add bananas that have been blended, shake until smooth.
- Pour the eggs one by one, alternately with half the sifted flour. Shake again until smooth.
- Add the remaining flour and baking powder While sifting, alternating with coconut milk. Shake slowly.
- Give bananas and raisins. Stir.
- Cover the pan with margarine and baking paper, pour the dough into the pan. Put it in the oven, bake using a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Remove, wait until it cools before serving.
