  • 1 native chicken, cut into 8-12 parts
  • 6 pieces of cabbage leaves, cut size 5×5 cm
  • 1 lemongrass, memor
  • 4 cm turmeric, thinly sliced ​​lengthwise
  • 2 tsp acid, dissolve with 2 tablespoons of water

Fierce seasoning tamarind chicken without coconut milk

  • 2 red chili
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, roast
  • 1/2 tsp Jintan, roast
  • 3 pieces of hazelnut, roast
  • 1/2 tsp mature shrimp paste
  • 6 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and sugar according to taste

How to make a ferocious chicken without coconut milk

  1. Heat three tablespoons of vegetable oil, then saute the spices until fragrant. Add lemongrass and turmeric, stir well.
  2. Boil 1.5 liters of water, then add chicken, sauteed seasoning, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cook over low heat until the chicken is soft and the sauce feels delicious.
  4. Add cabbage leaves and stir briefly. Remove immediately before the cabbage leaves are too withered.
  5. Serve fierce tamarind chicken while warm as a side dish of white rice.
