1. Spinach
Spinach is a low carbohydrate green vegetables and high in fiber, making it an ideal choice for diabetics. Therefore, spinach can enter the first place of vegetables to lower blood sugar.
According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), a portion of raw spinach only contains 1 gram of carbohydrates. Spinach is also rich in vitamins and minerals that help maintain a healthy body.
You can consume spinach in various ways. Starting from adding spinach to fresh salad, cooked with eggs, or even spinach soup.
2. Carrots
Carrots are rich in fiber that helps maintain a longer feeling of fullness. In addition, carrots contain vitamin A which is good for eye health and immune system.

Broccoli can be eaten by sauteing, mixed into pasta or soup, or only steamed.

Cabbage is a very low carbohydrate vegetable, only about 5 grams per serving. In addition, cabbage is rich in vitamin C and K which is good for overall body health.
