Ingredients needed

  • 150 grams of red rice, washing and soak
  • 50 grams of shrimp, peeled and the back of the spat
  • 10 quail eggs, boil and fried
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Bunch of Basil Leaves, Siangi
  • Fried onion to taste
  • Spices used
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 3 big red chili, sliced
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Salt and sugar to taste

How to make brown rice fried rice

  1. Boil water until it boils, add brown rice and cook until the water shrinks. Steam until cooked, then remove from heat.
  2. Saute onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
  3. Add brown rice, shrimp, and quail eggs. Stir until smooth and cooked.
  4. Serve with cucumbers, basil leaves, and sprinkles of fried onions.
