Vegetables must be consumed every day because nutrition is healthy, but there are some vegetables that are taboo for people with gout.
Vegetables contain fiber, vitamins and a number of minerals important for the body. But not all vegetables are well consumed by gout sufferers. Karana has a high purine level that can make gout recur.

2. Mushroom
Mushrooms have a high enough purine content in each portion. Therefore, people with gout must avoid vegetables that are a mixture of many dishes.
3. Kolo Flower
Vegetables in the form of flower buds are hard texture crispy. These vegetables are usually a mixture of soup or salad. Kasa flower needs to be avoided by people with gout because it has 23 grams of purine in every 100 grams.
4. Spinach

Besides being easily processed, famous spinach has high nutrition such as vitamin C, flavonoids, iron, beta carotene, and luteins. However, gout sufferers must avoid spinach because it has a high purine content. In every 100 grams, there is approximately 57 grams of purine.
5. Kapri
Kapri beans contain vitamin K which is important for bone health. However, this vegetable is also high in purine, so it should not be consumed by gout sufferers. Every 100 grams of KAPRI, containing 84 milligrams of purines.
