Material:

  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 30 grams of peasant sago
  • 10 grams of low -calorie sugar
  • 300 ml of low calorie milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Suji leaves to taste
  • Pandan leaves to taste
  • Lower Liquid Brown Sugar Calories to taste
  • Low -calorie liquid milk to taste

How to make dawet ice without coconut milk

  1. Blender suji leaves and pandan leaves until smooth, then strain the water. Set aside this juice to give a natural color to cendol.
  2. Mix rice flour, farmer sago flour, low -calorie sugar, low -calorie milk, salt, and pandan leaves in the pan. Cook over medium heat until the dough thickens and boils.
  3. Prepare a cendol mold on a bowl of boiled water. Press the dough into the mold to form dawet granules. Do it until the dough runs out.
  4. For the sauce, mix low -calorie liquid brown sugar with low -calorie liquid milk. Mix well until dissolved.
  5. Serve dawet in a glass, pour the milk sauce, and add ice cubes if you like it. Dawet ice without coconut milk is ready to be enjoyed as a refreshing low calorie takjil.
