However, some additional coffee that is commonly used can actually have a negative impact on health.

The following are some ingredients that should not be added to coffee so that coffee remains healthy:

1. Flavor cream

Flavored creams often contain additional sugar, artificial flavorings, and preservatives. Additional sugar can increase inflammation in the body and risk causing chronic diseases.

2. Artificial sweetener

Artificial sweeteners or low calorie syrup also need to be aware because it can have a negative impact on intestinal microbiomas and overall health.

3. Crimer high fat

Crimers are high in fat, butter, coconut oil, and pure milk full of fat containing high saturated fat which can increase bad cholesterol levels (LDL) if consumed excessively.

4. Sugar

If you buy coffee outside, it’s better to choose pure black coffee without sugar. If not, always check the label ingredients and nutritional information on your favorite additional coffee products.
