500 gram kastengel recipe
Material:
- 300 grams of butter
- 2 egg yolk
- 50 milliliters of fresh cream (Fresh cream)
- 125 grams of parmesan cheese or edam
- 125 grams of grated cheese
- 500 GAMR flour
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 25 grams of milk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Spread:
- Cheese for enough sprinkling
How to make a 500 gram kastengel
1. Shake the butter until fluffy and pale. Add beaten eggs and stir well.
2. Add fresh cream and grated cheese, stir well.
3. Enter the flour and cornstarch mixture, stir gently until everything is mixed evenly.
4. Print the dough according to taste using kastengel molds.
5. Susuh on a baking sheet, spread the surface, sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes and continue 20 minutes later with a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.
7. Lift and chill. Store in an airtight container.
