This is because the heating of honey can release 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), compounds that are carcinogenic and can endanger the health of the body in the long run.

2. Honey and garlic

Honey and garlic should not be consumed together because it can cause indigestion.

Garlic has strong antimicrobial properties, while honey contains natural enzymes that help digestion.

However, if combined, the body can experience abnormal reactions, such as flatulence and gastrointestinal disorders.

3. Honey and Cucumber

Honey is often used as additional in salads, but it is not recommended if the salad contains cucumber.

The combination of honey and cucumber can trigger excessive diuretic effects and increase the risk of skin disorders and digestive problems. This is because cucumber has a cold nature that can be contrary to the composition of honey.

4. Honey and Ghee

Honey and Ghee should not be consumed in the same amount because it is at risk of producing toxic compounds in the body.
