Dry Recipe Durable Durable Crispy, Caramel Seasoning Without Slash

Material

  • 1 tempeh board, cut the match
  • 3 tablespoons of beans
  • 2 red chili, sliced
  • 4 shallots, slice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, sliced

Seasoning ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, comb
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind water
  • Salt to taste

How to make dried tempeh durable crispy

1. Fry the tempe until it is dry

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tempe and fried pieces until dry so it is not easily sluggish. Stir occasionally so as not to stick to each other. Once cooked, drain and let stand until cool.

2. Cook the spices until caramel

Sauteed red chili, onion, and garlic until fragrant. Add a little water then add all the ingredients of seasoning. Cook with low heat while stirring until the seasoning thickens and brown.

3. Stir tempeh with seasoning

Enter the fried tempeh into the seasoning. Mix well until all parts of the tempe are coated with seasoning evenly.

4. Cool before storing

Let stand dry tempe until it is completely cold before storing in an airtight container. If it’s still hot when stored, tempeh will sluggish faster.

Tips for Storing Dry Tempe to Be Crispy Durable

1. Use airtight containers

Store dry tempeh in a glass jar or airtight plastic so as not to be exposed to moisture.

2. Avoid storing while still hot

Make sure the tempeh dry is completely cold before being put into a storage container.

3. Don’t Save in Display

Avoid storing dry tempeh in a damp place or near the stove so that it does not quickly sluggish.

4. Add orange leaves or dried chili

Orange leaves and dried chili help absorb moisture so that dry tempeh remains crispy longer.
