Stir -fried ingredients pakcoy ati chicken:
- 4 pieces of chicken liver
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 5 cloves of garlic (wearing and finely chopped)
- 2 centimeters of ginger.
- 2 large red chili (remove the seeds (thin sliced sliced)
- 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 150 milliliters of chicken broth water
- 1 carrot stem (thin sliced sliced)
- 250 grams of pakcoy (cut the tubing)
- 150 grams of Kapri (Siangi)

How to make stir -fried pakcoy ati chicken:
1. Boil the chicken liver until cooked, then drain and cut into pieces. After that, heat the oil then saute garlic, ginger, and red chili until cooked and fragrant.
2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken broth water. Cook while stirring until the spices are evenly mixed.
3. Add carrots, pakcoy, kepri, and chicken liver, then cook while stirring until the vegetables are cooked. After that, remove and serve while warm.
