Recipe for the Basil Squid Team, Practical Side dishes for breaking the fast

Basil squid team recipe

MATERIAL MATERIALS COMPLETE TEAM:

  • 500 grams of medium size squid (clean and remove the ink)
  • 10 shallots (thin iris)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 7 curly red chili (coarse mash)
  • 3 centimeters of ginger.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 150 milliliters of cooking oil
  • 5 pieces of orange leaves (discard the leaf bones)
  • 2 Little Bounds Basil (quotes the leaves)
  • 3 Tomatoes (split)

How to make a basil squid team:

1. Add the squid with shallots, garlic, red chili, ginger, salt, and sugar into the pan. Pour cooking oil, then cover the pan and cook using low heat until the squid is runny.

2. Add orange leaves, basil leaves, and tomatoes, then cook until fragrant and squid. Correction of taste before serving.
