Material:
- 250 grams of tempeh
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 2 tablespoons of water
Puree:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- 5 red cayenne pepper
- 2 pieces of orange leaves, sliced
- 2 red chili, remove the seeds
- Salt and sugar to taste

- Steam tempe until cooked, puree.
- Mix tempeh with starch, water, and spices, stir well. The shape of the mixture becomes flattened using a spoon.
- Heat the oil, fry the tempe cake to brownish yellow and cooked over medium heat. Remove and drain.
