KOMPAS.com – Pepes knows one of the healthy without fried menus that is suitable as a delicious dish.
Pepes tofu is cooked with garlic seasoning, onion, pepper, curly red chili, leeks, powdered broth, and red cayenne pepper.
This tofu pepes recipe is wrapped in banana leaves and then steamed for approximately 45 minutes, here’s more.

Puree:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Spice:
- 5 curly red chili, sliced sliced
- 1 leeks, sliced 1 cm
- 1/4 tsp powdered broth
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1 white crackers
- 6 whole red cayenne pepper
- Banana leaves to taste

How to make pepes tofu:
- Blend white tofu, mix with fine spices until smooth. Add all other ingredients except crackers and cayenne pepper, stir well.
- Squeeze crackers, mix in tofu dough. Stir well.
- Take one banana leaf, fill with two tablespoons of tofu dough, give one whole cayenne pepper. Wrap the tum, pin it with a stick. Steam Pais to know for 45 minutes until cooked. Lift, serve.
