Putu Mayang Purple Sweet Potato is made with rice flour, coconut milk, grated coconut, sugar, taro essence, starch, purple yam, and pink coloring.

- 200 grams of rice flour

How to make Putu Mayang Purple Sweet Potato:
- Mix rice flour, granulated sugar, salt, coconut milk, taro essence, pink coloring, stir well. Put the rice flour mixture into the magic com, cover and press the cook. Cook until thickened, remove from heat. Add starch, knead until smooth.
