Cucumber avocado ice recipe, fresh iftar menu


KOMPAS.com – Timun Suri can be combined with other fruits, one of which becomes an avocado of cucumber suri to break the fast.

This recipe uses moderately mature avocados so it is not too soft, and uses syrup according to taste.

The following is a recipe and how to make an avocado cucumber suri ice, quoted from the book “Timun Suri & Cantaloupe” Karya Drs. H. Hendro Sunarjono, Apu and Rita Ramayulis, DCN, M.Kes., (2012) Published by Self -Help.

Material:

  • 400 grams of cucumber suri (take the meat)
  • 250 grams of black grass jelly (cut box)
  • 5 Avocados are medium cooked (scrape)
  • 200 grams of cub of Kaling (small cut)
  • 2 tablespoons of basil seeds (soak water)
  • 10 tablespoons of sweetened thick
  • 10 tablespoons of syrup (according to taste)
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make cucumber avocado ice

  1. Put all ingredients in a serving glass, give sweetened condensed, syrup, and ice cubes. Then serve immediately.
