Material:
- 250 grams of inside meat
- 500 ml of coconut water
- 1 bay leaves
- 1 cm galangal, memor
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic, puree

- 3/4 tbsp salt

- 75 grams of red chili
- 6 grains of shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
