DAWN Gusti Pangestu or familiarly called Fajar, is currently struggling to win the title at the Masterchef Indonesia season 12. This young man from Bali has a strong determination to prove that he is able to compete in the culinary world, armed with education and work experience he has collected for years.

For Dawn, Masterchef Indonesia is not just a cooking competition, but also a stepping stone to realize his dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur in the culinary field. He wants to show that passion and hard work can bring him to the peak of the food industry in Indonesia.

Although Masterchef is known as a competition with high pressure and challenges that test the skills and mentality of participants, Fajar claimed to be ready to face everything. Departing from his experience working in several well -known restaurants in Bali, he feels confident to fight and prove his ability in front of the judges and other competitors.

Education

Fajar Gusti Pangestu is a graduate of Diploma Food Production in Mediterranean Bali, one of the well -known tourism campuses in Denpasar. During his two years of education there, he increasingly honed his skills in the culinary world. However, the dawn trip to get to this point is not easy.

Since childhood, the father has great hopes for Dawn to become an architect. Although not his passion, Fajar tried to fulfill the wishes of his late father by attending high school. Actually, he does have talent in the art of drawing and design, but his heart is always inclined to the culinary world.

After the father died, Fajar felt lost. He had planned to continue his architectural studies at Udayana University in Bali in order to realize the dream of his late father. However, the longer he realized that his biggest desire was cooking. With a strong determination, Fajar finally chose his own way of life and studying in the culinary field.

The decision was not a form of denial of the father’s expectations, but rather the dawn way to prove that he could achieve success with his own passion. Now, with the provision of his knowledge and experience, Fajar is ready to fight at Masterchef Indonesia Season 12, making this competition a gate to his dream career in the culinary world.

Work

At present, Fajar Gusti Pangestu is pioneering a career as a businessman in the culinary world. Although his efforts are still in the early stages, this 26 -year -old young man is optimistic that he can continue to grow and spread his wings, especially with big dreams to open a steak restaurant that carries a unique and quality concept.

Before plunging into the business world, Fajar had drawn a lot of experience in the culinary industry. One of the achievements of its important is working in the kitchen of a Russian restaurant in Bali.

This experience has a big influence on his career. Not only in terms of cooking skills, but also an understanding of international culinary standards. From there, he also mastered various cooking techniques, including serving authentic Russian specialties.

Now with a combination of work experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Fajar continues to move forward to build his own business. He believes that his perseverance and passion will be the key to achieving success in the culinary world.
