Long bean stir -fried ingredients:
- 2 Utas Long Beans
- 100 grams of yellow base seasoning
- 500 milliliters of coconut milk (from 1 coconut)

- 3 orange leaves
- 2 centimeters of galangal
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar

How to make long beans:
1. Cut four long beans then split, then set aside. Add the yellow base, ebi, orange leaves, galangal, bay leaves, and coconut milk into the pan, then cook while stirring using low heat so that the coconut milk does not break.
