Material:
- 2 pairs of heart liver and gizzard
- 1 tamarind eye
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil to saute
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 red chili, sliced round
- 2 pieces of green chili, sliced round
- 1 sweet corn, the seeds of the seeds
- 2 eggs beaten loose
- 450 grams of rice
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp instant chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fried onions

How to make special fried rice:
- Boil the liver and chicken gizzard with tamarind until soft. Lift, then cut into pieces. Set aside.
- Saute onion, garlic, red chili, green chili, and sweet corn until fragrant. Add the liver gizzard and beaten eggs while continuing to stir until the eggs are cooked.
- Add rice while stirring. Give salt, pepper powder, chicken broth, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well then remove from heat. Sprinkle with fried onions.
