Material:
- Cooking oil (to taste)
- 3 purple eggplant
Ground spices:
- 1 tomato
- 6 cloves of shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 curly chili
- Powdered chicken broth (to taste, if you like)

- 3 big red chili
- Salt to taste)
