Material:
- 117.4 ml, add more to heat the cup first
- 1 tsp to 2 tablespoons of Oolong tea

- Thermometer (optional)
- Teapot or cup
- Takar spoon
- Filter or filter

1. Heat water
Place the water in a tea boiler and heat up to 82 to 93 degrees Celsius. Or, bring to a boil then let stand until it cools to the correct temperature.
If you do not have a thermometer to measure temperature, boil water then let stand for two minutes.
2. Warm the teapot or cup first (optional)
Pour a little boiling water into a teapot or cup. When the pan or teapot is warm, pour the water.

3. Takar Tea Leaves
Makar between one teaspoon and two tablespoons of Oolong tea. Use less if the tea is rolled into balls and more if the tea consists of large leaves.
4. Place the leaves in a teapot or cup

5. Pour water

7. Brew tea

Leaf -style tea generally absorbs faster than rolled tea. Adjust the time control for one minute.

8. Strain tea
After the tea is ready, remove the leaves by lifting the infused tool, or pouring it on the filter.
