BANJARNEGARA – Soto Banjarnegara now comes with a new sensation: Soto Bakar! Different from soto in general, this soto is grilled before serving, giving it a fragrant aroma and warmth that lasts longer.
This Soto Bakar stall serves various menu choices, from chicken soto to beef soto. One favorite is beef soto, which is combined with selected spices, resulting in a savory and delicious taste. Soto is served in a clay bowl, adding a unique and traditional impression.
Prices for the grilled soto menu start from IDR 8,000 for chicken soto to IDR 25,000 for jumbo beef ribs. This stall is located on the main Banjarnegara-Wonosobo route, precisely in Gembongan, Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara. (Dwinarto)
