Yulita Intan is back with a delicious and practical meat chili recipe. This meat sauce is quite easy to make and is very suitable for everyday eating. Photo/MNC Media
What is special about this recipe is that it is simple to cook but has maximum taste. Yulita uses the inner meat, but if you like fatty meat, you can replace it with the petelan part.
The first process is to cut the meat to the desired size, then pressure cook the meat with a little salt and sugar to give it taste.
Tips from Yulita, when precooking ingredients, make sure the amount of water is adjusted to the amount of ingredients used, because too much water can ruin the taste of the food.
While waiting for the meat to become tender, Yulita prepared the chili sauce. This spice consists of shallots, garlic, curly chilies, cayenne pepper, as well as bay leaves and galangal.
To give maximum taste, Yulita added powdered beef stock, brown sugar and granulated sugar. After the spices are cooked, add a little water to make it easier for the spices to penetrate the pressure-cooked meat.
After the meat is cooked and the spices have been absorbed, the Yulita Intan style meat sauce is ready to be served. This meat sauce is really suitable to eat with warm rice.
