Wow! Still Eating Junk Food, This Man Managed to Lose 31 Kg

This man shared his story of successfully losing significant weight. He was able to lose weight up to 31 kg, but still ate junk food.

For those who dream of an ideal slim body, a healthy diet and various diet methods are a must. Usually by avoiding consumption of fatty and sweet foods, including junk food.

Reporting from Food NDTV (10/12), a man on the Reddit site shared an inspiring photo of his weight loss transformation. The man admitted that he used to weigh 129 kilograms, then dropped drastically to 89 kilograms.

The man also claims that he still enjoys junk food (fast food). Of course, this upload stole attention and went viral on social media.

This weight loss lasted for only 1.5 years. He revealed his strategy for losing weight.

The man was on a strict diet during weekdays. So, he really limits his food intake. However, he will pamper himself on weekends by eating fast food (junk food).

“It took me 1.5 years to reach this weight. I also keep eating junk food on weekends, because I am a culinary lover and can’t live without it,” said the man.

“However, on weekdays I follow a strict diet with a calorie intake of under 2,000 kcal per day with a protein intake of at least 120 grams, I also try vegetarianism,” he continued.

This weight loss journey invites the question of many netizens, is this a healthy method to do? According to nutritionist, Rupali Datta, there is no harm in losing weight this way. In fact, as a nutritionist, we actually recommend continuing to live a normal lifestyle.
