This wonton soup is suitable as a complement to dry side dishes, such as fried dumplings, sweet and sour fish, or peking ducks during Chinese New Year.
Wonton stuffing ingredients can use chicken meat or chopped shrimp. You can replace it according to your taste.

Material:
- 300 grams of grinding chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fried garlic
- 5 tofu white, split two into triangles
- Dumpling skin to taste
Sauce material:
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

- Leek
- Fried garlic
1. Make filling by mixing ground chicken with eggs, tapioca flour, and seasoning. Stir well.
2. Fill dumplings with filling ingredients, use egg white to glue the edges of the dumpling so as not to be separated.
3. Fill tofu with the material.
4. Boil the dumpling and tofu until cooked. Drain.
5. Boil the water in a separate pan until it boils, mix all the spices. You can also add meatballs, times, and chicken bones.
6. Serve dumplings and tofu with sauce. Sprinkle with fried garlic and leeks.
