How to Make French Fries Crispy
1. Start by preparing all the ingredients needed to make French fries. Peel the potato skin until it is completely clean, making sure there is no remaining skin left behind. After that, cut the potatoes into pieces that are not too thick and not too thin, so that the texture remains right when fried.
2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise according to your taste, but make sure the pieces are not too thin so that the potatoes don’t fall apart easily during the frying process. Do this step for all the potatoes, then set aside temporarily.
3. Prepare a container and fill it with water. Add enough salt to the water, then stir until it dissolves. Place the potato pieces in the salt solution and stir gently with your hands so that all parts of the potato are exposed to the salt solution.
