The first week, you can consume coffee for several days according to the amount you usually drink. However, calculate how many cups are consumed on average each day. Also pay attention to the thickness of the coffee and the size of the cup.
The second week, you can start reducing the amount of coffee you drink by half. You can also start mixing regular coffee with 50% decaf coffee (coffee with less caffeine).
The third week, reduce the amount of coffee by half or mix regular coffee with decaf coffee, respectively 25% for regular coffee and 75% for decaf coffee.
The fourth week, start drinking decaffeinated drinks because your body is used to it and you don’t experience any side effects. Replace coffee with healthier beverage choices.
