Walking after dinner turns out to be important, can lower blood sugar

According to David Chesworth, a certified personal fitness coach, the habit of walking after eating has been carried out for centuries in various cultures.

“There is a Chinese proverb that says, ‘If you walk 100 steps after every meal, you will live up to 99 years’,” he said.
