Kedai Vietkong began operating at 18:00 WIB, but the queue of visitors was seen before the shop was opened. The main menu here is Mi Vietnam with two topping choices, namely chicken and beef. The presentation process is quite simple, white noodles from rice flour boiled in a confidential seasoning sauce, then added pieces of celery leaves, onions, bean sprouts, and sliced lime.
Interestingly, the business, which began in August last year, was born from the experiments of four young men who learned recipes and their concepts were self -taught via the internet. To adjust the tastes of the Indonesian tongue, they also modified the seasoning mix and choice of toppings.
