Vegetable Nugget Recipe, Durable Healthy Side Side Stocks Without Preservatives

Ingredients needed

  • 200 gr of grinding chicken meat
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 100 gr broccoli, finely chopped
  • 100 gr carrots, fine grated
  • Onion to taste, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Enough bread flour

How to make a vegetable nugget

  1. Mix ground chicken with garlic, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
  2. Add broccoli, carrots, and leeks. Blender back for a while until the vegetables are evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heat -resistant container that has been smeared with oil, then steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, remove and cut the nugget according to taste.
  5. Beat the eggs, then dip the nugget piece into the egg and balur with bread flour.
  6. Save nuggets in a closed container and freeze for side dishes.
  7. When it will be served, fry until browned and enjoy with favorite sauce.
