Material:
- 250 gr brisket meat
- 1 liter of water
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 5 red onions, sliced
- 1 nutmeg, crushed
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 200 gr green beans, sliced
- 3 cabbage leaves, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
Sprinkles:
- Sliced spring onions
- Celery stalk slices
How to make vegetable meat soup
1. Boil the brisket with water and spring onions until the meat is soft and cooked, remove the meat and cut into pieces.
2. Heat margarine, saute shallots until fragrant, add to broth.
3. Bring the broth back to a boil, add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until half cooked.
4. Add beans and cabbage, add vegetables until cooked, remove from heat. Add tomato slices.
5. Serve warm, sprinkle with sliced spring onions and celery.
