Co-founder of Cafe Kissa, Jacqueline Karina, said that the dominance of fresh marine ingredients such as salmon, tuna and shellfish in their menu reflects the richness of Japanese cuisine which is prepared using traditional techniques, but also given a modern touch.

“Cafe Kissa offers the experience of enjoying traditional and authentic Japanese menus that are rich in flavors combined with new delights in carefully designed details,” he explained.

“Every dish and our wide selection of cocktails reflects the perfect harmony of traditional and contemporary flavors,” he added.

Some of the innovative creations that are Cafe Kissa’s mainstays include Ocean Bowls, Salmon Truffle Pizza, Miso Butter Scallop Udon, and Matcha Burnt Cheesecake. Other menus that are no less popular are Chicken Namban Don, Caramelized Miso Chicken Omurice, and Salmon Mentaiko Pasta.

Apart from food, Cafe Kissa also offers a variety of delicious, refreshing drinks. Their signature drinks, such as Signature Matcha Strawberry Latte, Hibiscus Lemon, and Matchagato, are made with premium ingredients imported directly from Japan.
