The Trans Resort Bali held a cooking class with MasterChef Australia 2023 participant, Larissa Sewel, ahead of its 10th anniversary celebration. Hotel guests are invited to learn to cook typical dishes, such as pelmeni and vareniki.

General Manager of The Trans Resort Bali and Director of Hotel and Resort Development CT Corp, Alexander Jovanovic, said that these menus will later be included in the list of dishes in the hotel restaurant. “In the future, we will offer more menu variations to guests visiting The Trans Resort Bali,” said Alexander, Tuesday (10/9/2024).

Alexander explained that Larissa’s choice could not be separated from her mother, who was a repeat guest at The Trans Resort Bali. Larissa was also a guest at the resort. As a result, this collaboration was deemed appropriate to start a series of celebrations for The Trans Resort Bali’s 10th anniversary.

A series of events to commemorate the anniversary of The Trans Resort Bali, explained Alexander, will take place throughout 2024, from January to December. One of the peak events is Trans The Beachathon on December 1 2024. The event includes fun run and walk events.

“We hope that more than 500 participants will take part in this event, working closely with the local running community,” added Alexander.

Alexander also highlighted the various awards that The Trans Resort Bali has won, especially in terms of best service. He emphasized the importance of providing quality service to guests, as well as maintaining the friendliness of the staff so that guests feel like they are at home.

The Trans Resort Bali currently has 200 rooms with an occupancy rate of 80 to 90 percent. According to Alexander, the majority of guests come from international markets, with 80 percent of them coming from Australia. However, he also has ambitions to increase the number of domestic guests.

“We want to increase awareness that The Trans Resort Bali is not only famous in Australia, but also among domestic tourists,” he hoped.
