Traditional Brotowali Recipe to Relieve Rheumatic Pain

  1. Prepare 1 finger of fresh brotowali stem, wash it thoroughly to make sure there is no dirt attached.
  2. Cut the brotowali stems into small pieces to make the boiling process easier.
  3. Put the brotowali pieces into a pan with 3 glasses of clean water.
  4. Boil the mixture over medium heat until the water reduces to 1.5 cups.
  5. Once cooked, remove the pan and let the cooking water cool.
  6. Strain the boiled water into a glass to separate the dregs of the brotowali stems.
  7. Add enough honey to add sweetness and increase health benefits.
  8. Drink this concoction 3 times a day, 1/2 cup each, to relieve pain caused by rheumatism.
  9. With simple ingredients and practical processing methods, this brotowali herb can help relieve inflammation and joint pain naturally. Consume regularly to get maximum results.
