- 250 gr shrimp flavored silken tofu
- 100 gr chopped shrimp
- 100 gr minced chicken meat
- 2 spring onions (finely sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled, crushed)
- 1 egg (beaten well)
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (beat well for coating)
- Enough cooking oil (for frying)
- Mash the tofu, then mix with all the ingredients, except eggs, sesame and oil, until smooth. If the dough is too soft, add a little flour.
- Divide the dough into eight parts, round or shape as desired. Enter into freezer, let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Take the dough from freezerturn it back and forth in the beaten egg until all parts are completely coated.
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat over medium heat, add the tofu patties. Cook until cooked and golden in color. Remove, drain, serve.
