“One to two glasses of coffee per day is safe. Usually one glass is 180-200 milliliters of brewed coffee,” said Ryan.

Also pay attention to your need for water when consuming coffee every day. Ryan said that caffeinated drinks trigger urination more frequently.

As a result, the body can become dehydrated if you continuously drink coffee and urinate, if this is not accompanied by sufficient water consumption.
